Letter pretending to be from my mortgage company about warranty

I got this letter in the mail and it's using my employer's name, Geneva Financial LLC, which is who I work for. The letter says "immediate response required" and mentions a "$300 penalty" and "Final Attempt" – all that stuff to scare you. They also claim that Geneva Financial referred them to something called Home Warranty Services USA.

They say things like "Based on your mortgage lender's requirements for your current loan, you may be required to have home warranty coverage in place at all times to stay in compliance." That's just false. There is no compliance rule for home loans that requires a home warranty. They use the word "may" but it's never required and they shouldn't even be saying that.

The worst part is they don't even put their own company name anywhere in the letter. They are just pretending to be Geneva Financial LLC. It's really misleading and they need to be stopped. The phone number on it is (888) 496-2490.
