Gloves from Facebook ad turned into monthly charges

I saw an ad on Facebook for golf gloves and decided to buy some from gentgolfers.com. The gloves did show up, but then I kept getting charged every month and more gloves kept coming that I never ordered. Nobody ever told me this was a subscription or a membership. It was not clear at all.

Now I can't seem to cancel it to stop the charges. I've been trying and it's just not working. My daughter looked at the website and the emails and told me the pictures they use are misleading and made with AI. I've lost around $500 total from this.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It's a scam.

Ordered golf gloves and got stuck in a subscription

I ordered three golf gloves with my initials on them from Gentgolfers.com. Cost me $234 total. The gloves themselves were fine, I guess, but the real problem is what happened after.

They signed me up for some subscription thing without me knowing. I didn't agree to it. Now I can't get it to stop. I've tried canceling but there's no way to do it. I'm still getting charged. This was supposed to be a simple online purchase and now I'm dealing with this mess.

Website turned my one time order into a subscription

I bought something from Gentgolfers.com, just a one time purchase. Then they charged me two more times after that. I never signed up for any subscription or anything like that. It was just supposed to be one order.

I lost about $156 total because of these extra charges. I tried to figure out who they are and I think they might be located in China. Their email is [email protected] but I haven't gotten any reply from them. This just doesn't seem right to me.
