Caps came from California not England like they said

I bought a few caps from George’s Caps website. When the package showed up, the return label on it had a different name, Mike Wang, and an address in Inglewood, CA. The whole time the company told me the caps were coming from England. But the tracking and the package itself clearly came from California.

The caps themselves are just bad quality. Not what I expected at all.

I emailed them about a return or a refund, but they have been totally unhelpful. They just won't work with me on it. And I realized the guy is using the name George’s Caps but he's passing himself off as something he's not. I paid about $150 and I'm just stuck with these cheap caps.
