Air conditioner I ordered only blows warm air

I saw an ad for this Aerio Q air conditioner/heater and the ratings looked really good so I ordered it on July 19th. It came August 3rd. When I opened the box I already had a feeling something was off because it was so lightweight. I plugged it in and turned it on and yeah, heat works but there's no cool air at all. Just a fan.

I called them about returning it and they gave me the runaround. First they offered 20% off to keep it, then 30% off. They said if I sent it back I'd have to pay shipping both ways plus a restocking fee. After all that I'd only be getting back like 30% of what I paid anyway. I told them I'd just take the 30% because I know this is a total scam. I'm really disappointed and I'm going to make sure none of my friends or family ever order from them.
