Store on Shopify disappeared after I paid

I bought something online after seeing an ad on Facebook. The store was connected to the Shop app and Shopify so it looked legit to me. I paid $20.69 and waited.

After 3 weeks with no receipt I emailed them. They answered and followed up for about a month, then just stopped replying.

The Shop app had their store info and a way to request a refund. When I went there today it shows the store is no longer there.
