Vitamins bought for my mom with no way to return them
We've been trying to get a refund. When you call the support number, someone does answer, but they say they can't help over the phone and tell you to email. The email just sends you to an automated chat bot that doesn't do anything. There was no order number given, no invoice, nothing. So without that, you can't return the product. I'm starting to think nobody ever gets an order number so it's impossible to send back. We're out $294 and stuck with these bottles.
