Ordered a kids encyclopedia from getdailyden.com and never got it

I ordered the 100,000 Why's Children's Encyclopedia from getdailyden.com. It was supposed to be the screen-free knowledge builder for curious kids. I paid $21 with shipping included.

The order never showed up. I tried reaching out to [email protected] but nothing came of it. No book, no refund, no explanation.

Just $21 gone and no product.

Instagram ad purchase with tracking that went nowhere

I saw an ad on Instagram and ended up buying several items from getdailyden.com. Later I got a tracking number, but when I clicked it, it took me to some fake website. That was already a bad sign.

I reached out to their support and they reassured me everything was fine. After that I never heard back from them again. I tried the email [email protected] and the phone number (660) 287-3255 but got nothing.

I'm out $50 and still no items. Just want to warn others so they don't fall for the same thing.
