Website asked for my number and now I won't stop getting calls

I was looking for health insurance for my family and also a student coverage plan. When I went on their site, the application asks for your full name and phone number right during registration. I put that in and within no time I get a call. Since then it's been nonstop. They passed my info to a bunch of different people and now I get calls multiple times a day trying to sell me insurance and asking for my family's personal details.

I called them and asked to take my number off their system. The person just said they can't do that unless I buy a plan from them, and then they hung up. I'm not sure what else to do. Just want people to know not to visit that website or call them. They are scammers.

Calls about health coverage from a website I never used

I keep getting calls from this number (773) 897-0514 about health care stuff. They mention a website gethealthcoverage.org and something about my coverage. I never signed up for anything or talked to them before.

They are based in Chicago, IL. It feels like spamming honestly. They just keep calling about healthcare plans and I have no idea why. I haven't given them any money so at least there's that. But the calls are annoying and I don't know how they got my number. It seems like a scam to get personal info.
