Website took my money and never refunded after canceling
I got two emails back. One said they received my cancellation, and the second one said they accepted the cancellation and the refund request. They told me I would get a confirmation for the refund. That confirmation never came.
It's been a month now and still no refund. I filed a complaint with the FTC already. I've emailed them twice since that last email about the refund and nobody has responded.
