Returning Ionix product turned into $499 payment request

I bought an Ionix product and needed to return it. So I contacted customer service about the return. The rep I talked to had me create accounts through Femli and Taptap send.

Then they wanted me to send them $499 so they could refund me the cost of the items I am returning. That didn't make any sense to me. I called the number (929) 748-8289 and also saw the website www.getionix.com. They also used the email [email protected].

I lost $499 because of this. I just wanted to send the item back and get my money back, not pay more money.
