Gummies arrived melted and no way to contact them

I ordered from GETLUMINARASKIN and I did get the package but the gummies were all melted together into one big blob. It was gross. I tried to find contact info but there really isn't any good way to get ahold of them. The website is GETLUMINARASKIN and the phone number is (877) 837-4144 but nobody answers. I also tried the address on the package, 6225 E 26th Street in Indianapolis, and emailed GETLUMINARASKIN@com but got nothing back.

They advertise a 90 day guarantee but you can't reach anyone by phone, mail, or email to use it. I just want to send these back and get my money back. I paid 229 dollars for this. The card I used is no longer available so I would need them to send a check if they are going to refund me. This is really frustrating.
