They charged me again for a subscription I never signed up for
Now they're telling me they sent an email saying I could cancel before the shipment was made. I never got any email from them about that. And now they're saying once I get the product I can't return it for a refund because of some disclosures they have. It's set up so it's hard to cancel and hard to get any kind of refund, partial or otherwise, for a product that's no good.
