They keep sending cat supplements I never ordered

I made a one-time purchase of Taurine, a food supplement for my cat, from getpurrzen.com. But the seller sends me an unwanted bottle of Taurine powder every month and charges $38.90 to my debit card. I did not intend to make recurring purchases.

I only wanted the one bottle. Now it keeps showing up and the charges keep coming. I never signed up for a subscription. Their address is 2454 Gillingham circle, Thousand Oaks, CA 01362. I just want it to stop.
