Facebook dog brush ad turned into repeated charges
I wrote to them 3 times asking them to stop. Finally I called my bank to report the fraud. So far the bank reversed the 5 charges. Another one came in today. The card I used belongs to a family member and now she has to cancel the card because of this.
I did finally get a response on my last email after I said I was going to report them to my bank and Ecautious.com. It was a flippant "Hey [my initial], let's see what we can do for you." By then I had already called the bank and told them they would handle it. The charges have not stopped. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
