Ordered from getrenu and got put on a vip subscription

I ordered from this company getrenu.com and they put me on a vip subscription without my knowledge. They just took my money like that. When I called to fix it they refused to give me my money back.

I know I am not the only one this happened to. There are other people on trust pilot with the same experience and even more money lost than me.

I lost $42.39 from this. Their number is (747) 338-1517 and their email is [email protected].
