Ordered a plant cutting and never got a tracking number
Well, that didn't happen. On July 22 I emailed them asking what was going on. I got a reply from something called Claude, which is an AI I guess, saying I was in the queue and would get a tracking number when my order shipped.
I emailed again on August 5 saying I wasn't happy and wanted a refund. I know I'm not going to get one though. I started looking at reviews of this company and saw complaint after complaint about the same thing, failure to deliver as promised. I paid $55.20 for this. I decided I needed to file this complaint with the BBB.
