Emails about a lawsuit and a speedy cash account I never had
They told me I could settle out of court for $950 or make payments of $275 biweekly until it was paid off. There was no phone number given to me and I have no proof of any address. The only thing on there was Gilbert Law Firm LLC at the bottom of the letterhead they emailed me.
It showed up in my spam folder and I don't know why. The email it came from was [email protected].
Emails from attorneys saying I owe on a cash advance loan
I don't know how they got my info but it's the same thing over and over. Different attorney names, same claim about a loan I never took out. I haven't lost any money but they keep sending these.
Email saying arrest warrant would be issued if I didn't pay
The email came from [email protected]. There was another email too, from [email protected]. One of them mentioned GILBERT LAW FIRM LLC.
I don't owe anything and I never got any proof of a debt. Just this threat about a warrant. I didn't pay anything and I'm not going to.

Every email is from a different address, like [email protected] and stuff like that. There's never a phone number or a real address, and they don't even use my actual name on the emails. It's just "Dear customer" or something.
They've been sending these every day for over a week now. It's getting more frequent. I don't know what they want or how to make it stop since there's no way to contact them back.
