Bought online and got something completely different

I bought something online and when it showed up it was nothing like what it was supposed to be. I sent it back, but I never got my refund. Then they posted my phone number online saying to call for refunds. I had to turn my phone off because of all the calls. Lost $40 on this. The email is [email protected] and the number is 1(815) 560-2066.
