Ordered my wedding dress from Giseabel.com and never got it

I bought my wedding dress through Giseabel.com and I never received anything. They gave me a tracking number that didn't work. The company's own website has confusing information about how you're supposed to track your order. I had to do more research and found this parcelsapp.com site they use, and it just gives out fake tracking details.

It's a complete scam. I have no dress and it ended up delaying my wedding by three months.
