Paid $48,000 upfront and the job still failed inspection
We had six failed inspections over a two year period. Then they wanted another 8,700 just to keep going. I sent them a notice of claims letter and gave them 40 days to respond. Nothing. So I sent a termination letter after that.
Ended up having to hire new contractors to finish the job and get it passed. With the loan payments and having to buy a new battery plus paying the contractors, it cost me another 35,000 on top of what I already lost.
