Ordered a sweatshirt from GLO and got something else

I ordered a sweatshirt from GLO. What showed up was shipped through SPEEDX and it wasn't what I ordered. I paid $60 for it.

I tried calling the phone number (828) 303-6446 but nobody answers. I also have the email [email protected] and the address in Fort Worth, TX. I just want my money back or the sweatshirt I actually ordered.
