Ordered chairs from globacarto.com and never got them

I ordered 2 outdoor chairs from globacarto.com. They never came in the mail. I emailed customer service and they told me it was delivered. Then they said they sent out a 2nd package. After a long wait, that one never came either.

Now the website is not available. I'm out $56.29 and I have no chairs. Just want to warn others about this site.
