Booked a flight and paid but never got the tickets

I booked a flight through the Global flight store. They took my payment, $146.25, and I never got the tickets. I checked my email, nothing. I called the number (302) 482-4555 a few times and no one picks up.

Their website is globalflightstore.com and they have an address in DE, USA. I sent an email to [email protected] but no reply. I just want my money back or the tickets I paid for.
