Order paid and then they asked for more money for shipping

I ordered something from globalgenlabshop.com and paid through Zelle. It was $278 total. After I sent the money, I contacted them about the order and they said I needed to send another $150 for a shipping fee. They said it was refundable but I didn't trust that. I never got my order and I never got my money back either. The phone number they had was (448) 238-5363 and the email was [email protected]. They are supposedly in FL. I just want people to know this is a scam.
