Signed up for AI service and now can't get my money back

I signed up for some AI information service and they told me I had a full money-back guarantee within 60 days. So I paid them 145 dollars. Now I've been trying to get a refund for five days straight and the refund site just will not open up.

When I tried typing it in manually instead of clicking the link, it took me to this Ecautious.com scam bureau page. That's when I realized something was off. I've called the number they gave me, (904) 434-4283, and emailed them at [email protected] but nobody is answering.

I just want my money back. This was supposed to be a simple refund and now I'm stuck.
