Ordered 12 lights and only got 1
I reached out and they said they made a mistake and apologized but they can't fulfill my order because of company policy. I asked for a refund and they won't give me a full refund. They keep offering me a percentage back. I told them I wouldn't have bought 1 light for $25. I said they can have the light back at their expense because it was their mistake and I want a full refund.
They have a US address but when I tracked the package I think it said it came from China. At this point I believe it's a scam.
