Letter about old GMAC lender info with fake check attached

Got a letter in the mail from USPS. It says to call 888 217-0277. The letter has my address and lists my lender as "GMAC MTG-CORP/PA - Please call to verify." That lender info is really old, like from the 1990s. I changed lenders when GM went through bankruptcy.

There's a property code listed, 8474044921, but that's not a real property number. And it looks like there's a check attached for $199.00. None of this makes sense. The whole thing seems off.
