Email claiming I had a summons and complaint

I got an email from [email protected] saying it was a summons and complaint. It was about debt collections. I didn't lose any money but it seemed off.

There was no real company name on it, just that email address. No proof of anything either. I don't know who these people are or why they're sending me this.
