Text saying my house was going to auction soon

I got a text the other day from someone saying they were GMD management. They told me my house was going to auction soon. That really caught me off guard because I haven't gotten any letters or notices about anything like that.

The number was 1(878) 788-7327 and when I looked it up it's from Peoria, IL. I didn't call them back. Something felt off about the whole thing. I don't owe anything on my house that I know of, so this just didn't make sense to me.

I'm not sure what they wanted or if they were trying to get me to call and give them info. I just ignored it but figured I should report it somewhere.
