Ordered a tool and they took my money with no reply
I filled out their contact form on the site a bunch of times. I also sent emails to a03251974@gmail. Not one single reply. I wanted to cancel the order and I told them that but they just ignore it. No item has been shipped and no refund. The phone number they have listed is 1(631) 636-6652 but I haven't tried calling. The address on the site is 1466 pioneer way, El Cajon, CA, USA. I just don't understand how they can take money and then just go silent.
