Subscription order never arrived and they used fake shipping

I had been subscribed to Goda for at least a year. July’s shipment never came. After weeks of back and forth emails, “Marvin” said they were issuing a replacement. That never arrived. More back and forth with tracking that could never be located.

I tried to escalate the problem with them and was finally told it was shipped. When I looked at the tracking USPS informed me the company was using fraudulent shipping. I requested a refund. I am still waiting for it but the lack of appropriate customer service and then the fraudulent shipping was too much.

Instagram ad for perfume ended up being a scam

I saw this ad on Instagram for goda oil perfume, it was buy one get one free so I clicked on it and ordered. They charged me 29 dollars. After two weeks the tracking number still wouldn't show anything. I contacted customer service and they said they would send another one.

A week goes by and they tell me my new order has shipped. Then the next day I check the order number and it says it was a counterfeit. Now there's no shipping info at all. I just want my money back.

Website took my money and never sent anything

I ordered from www.goda.co and they took my money. I paid $52 and they never sent the products. Then they started taking money out of my card every month without asking me. I never got anything from them. I just want my money back.

Orders I never made showed up on my credit card from GODA.CO

I got a package from SP GODA.CO CASPER WY with three bottles of something I never ordered. Checked the USPS tracking and it showed a different delivery date and location. I did make one order for a perfume on 5/15 from their website, and that one came fine. But when I got my May credit card statement I saw five more orders all posted on the same day, 5/15, from SP GODA.CO CASPER WY for different amounts. Then I checked my June statement online and saw two more pending orders with the same 5/15 date. I called my credit card company and cancelled the card. Lost $169.90.

Getting constant calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting calls from the number 888-269-4978. They say I applied for a loan through a website, goda.co. I never applied for any loan, not through them or anyone else.

They call me multiple times a day. It's harassment. I've told them to stop calling me, but they just don't. It's very annoying and it's stressful dealing with this all the time.

Harassing loan calls from a number after an online purchase

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me non-stop. I've told them to stop calling me, but they just keep doing it. It's so annoying and it feels like harassment. I never asked for these calls.

This all started after I made an online purchase from GODA.CO. I spent $100 on their site. Now I'm getting these constant calls. It doesn't make any sense. I just wanted to buy something, not get called all day.

Ordered lotion from an Instagram ad, never got it

I saw an ad on Instagram for lotion or body oil from goda.co. I placed an order and paid $59.00 for it. The item was never shipped to me. I never received anything.

I tried to contact the company multiple times after that. They never responded to me at all. I lost my money. The company address is supposed to be in Casper, Wyoming.

Billed for a subscription I didn't know I signed up for

I paid GODA.co for a perfume oil back on February 8th. I didn't realize the item came with a subscription, it wasn't obvious at all that you were signing up for one. Then after a month, they just billed me again. I never wanted any subscription.
