LinkedIn writing job turned into calls asking me to pay

Someone from this company reached out to me on LinkedIn about a writing job. They said they were a publisher and wanted my resume and phone number. I gave them that and then did an "interview" with them. During the interview they started trying to sell me services I would have to pay for. That was a red flag right away.

I asked them to put me on their do not contact list. Since then I've been contacted over and over for the last 3 months. They keep reaching out and checking in to see if I'll pay for their services.

The same guy always calls from the same number, (737) 399-3910, but he uses different names every time. Their website is godevicopublishing.com and they're listed in TX. I never paid them anything and I just want them to stop calling me.
