Won $1500 but account deactivated before I could get it

I won $1500 on Gogogoldwin.com and went through their KYC verification. At first everything went fine. Then a few days went by and I heard nothing back. I kept trying to reach support and they just told me to be patient. After I kept messaging them they finally said the verification failed and they would cancel the request so I could start over.

So I tried to start the process again and got an error saying verification failed. They told me they would look into it. Then more time passes and suddenly they say my account was flagged for suspicious activity. Which makes no sense. Then without any warning my account got deactivated and they said my winnings would be forfeited.

I've sent emails to [email protected] and tried contacting them through the site but no response at all. $1500 just gone like that.
