Phone message saying I won a sweepstakes I never entered

I got a phone message from (202) 437-1710 saying I am the premium winner of Golden Harvest sweepstakes for their 50th anniversary. I never entered any sweepstakes. The message just said I won and that was it. I didn't call back because it didn't make sense. No company name was really given in the message besides Golden Harvest. I didn't lose any money but this is clearly a scam. Just wanted to report it.
