Advisor switched and now my withdrawal is stuck

At first once I'm in they put $300 for me to trade with and I have a financial advisor that calls me every day to show me what to do. Once I've making profits I try and make some small withdrawals and i did received them, then after few weeks the girl used to be my financial advisor is gone they gave a guy so I worked with him until last week August 15 2026 he talked me into buying gold and crude oil so I can make more money I got interested and I send him $1000 to trade with so the profit we close is $4000.

I got to withdraw this money and he said I have to pay $400 in order for the money to be deposited to me I paid that and now it's been over a week I'm still not receiving any money. When I talk to him he said money is been gone from there bank and there so many lack of information I get he's blaming the bank sometimes it takes longer.
