Text saying my health insurance payment was due

They texted me on my phone. They had all my info, my birthday, last of my social security number, my home address. The texts said my health insurance payment was due. I told her I paid my note and she said the government changed my plan so I just had to pay the remaining amount. It was a lot. I said I already paid my bill. She said my health insurance will be overdue and I won't have health insurance. Then she said she'll help me with a hardship program so she broke the payment down into different payments, 256.94. I even signed a form on a website online. But I went to my bank before they could pull any more money off my card. I thought they were real agents, sounded so real with the 866 number. Please don't be scammed by this website.
