Called about a lawsuit over a payday loan I never had
I didn't recognize anything about this so I called Advance America myself. They told me it's a scam and that I don't have any payday loans with them and never did. I even have records showing no loans on my end.
It just didn't make sense. I never borrowed from them, so why would I owe anything? I'm glad I checked before doing anything else.
