Signed up for vacation service and now nobody responds

I signed up for this service that was supposed to give me free vacations and discounted rates on hotels and trips later on. It cost me $2999.99. But I haven't been able to get any help from them at all.

I also disputed the charge with my credit card company, but Good Vacation Getaways is not responding to them either. I tried calling (888) 511-2119 and going to goodvacationgetaways.com but nothing is getting resolved. I even have the email [email protected] and their address in Austin, TX.

Just feels like I paid all this money and now there's no one on the other end.
