Ordered 100 books only got 64 and some were damaged

I ordered 100 books from this site and only 64 showed up. Plus some of the ones that did come were damaged. I reached out through their website many times and got no response at all.

Because of this I missed a deadline and lost my company money. I had people who were really excited for these books and now they're disappointed. I tried to contact them but nothing.
