Google Play charged gift cards I did not authorize

Google Play charged gift cards on my account that I did not authorize. They charged $200 three times and $100 one time. That's $600 total.

First they tried my credit card. I'm disputing those charges now. Then they went through my debit card. I disputed that and got my money back. With the debit card we actually caught them in the act.

I don't know how this happened but I want it to stop.
