Wind chime from goopearls.com was not what was advertised
When it didn't show up I reached out to the seller. Turns out it was shipped mislabeled and got misdirected. It went from China to Calif then to Texas, on to New York, back to Texas, and finally to me. The wind chime was nothing like the ad. Poorly made with much cheaper materials.
I complained and sent multiple texts with photos of the shipping labels and the item. This was clearly false advertising. The merchant would not give me a full refund for false advertising, selling bad quality merchandise, and not telling me where it ships from or when. I did get a partial refund but it wasn't satisfactory. I want others to know about this site and their false advertising. I have photos and emails.
