Paid for Pokemon cards and then asked for customs fee

I saw a profile advertising Pokemon cards with a link to go.poke30th.com so I went ahead and made a payment. It was $58. After I paid there was no way to track my order at all.

Then later I got told I needed to pay a $20 customs fee. That didn't make sense to me since I already paid for the product. I tried reaching out to [email protected] but nothing came of it.

Now I'm just out $58 with no product and no way to find out where my order is.
