Charged twice for bidding credits and no refund
But it never showed back up in my account. So I reached out again and they said to give it a couple more days, that it might be my bank holding it up. Still nothing. I contacted them again and they said it has to be sent to technical support but it would be fast tracked. I told them they had until Monday to get this resolved or I'm filing fraud charges with my bank.
