Ordered 2X from their sizing chart and got 5X

I placed an order with Grace and Ease and used their sizing chart to pick my size. I ordered a 2X specifically because of how their chart worked. They sent me a 5X, way too big.

I got the package on 9/29/2026 at 12:31 pm and opened it right away. Wrong size. I've been in contact with them about it. They have a 90 day guarantee and they're refusing to follow it. They won't send me a return shipping label or give me a full refund. They're offering me 30% back of the $149.46, or I have to send the package back on my own expense.

This is stealing and a scam. They have the 90 day guarantee and are not following it.
