Cheap jewelry from an ad, then they offered 25% back

I saw an ad on Facebook or Instagram for this jewelry and it looked nice, well made, so I decided to buy it. Paid $99.84. When the merchandise came it looked cheap. Then I started seeing the same stuff on Temu for a fraction of what I paid.

I contacted them and they offered me a 25% refund and a 20% discount on their website. Or I could ship the items back to China and if they received them then I would get my money back. That's it. No other option.
