Ordered two outfits and fabric was nothing like the pictures

I ordered 2 outfits from graceandanna.us. The website showed these really nice clothes, the fabric looked good in the photos. When I got them, the material and stitching are not at all what is illustrated to be. It's just cheap stuff, honestly doesn't even look like the same item.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but haven't heard anything back. I spent $110 on this and it feels like a total waste. The outfits are basically unwearable. I just want my money back but I'm not sure I'll ever see it.
