Ordered 3 tanks in 3x and 4x but got 5x instead

I ordered 3 tanks in 3x and 4x sizes from graceease.com. They sent me 3 tanks in 5x size. That's not what I ordered at all. Their site says they accept returns but when I tried, they refused to take them back. Instead they kept trying to bargain with me for a partial refund only. They claimed they sent larger sizes on purpose because their product runs small. That makes no sense.

I disputed the charges with my bank and I'm giving them proof of what this company did so I can get my refund. The website says they're in Casper Wyoming but I think they're actually from Thailand.
