Ordered liquor from grandbottles.com and store isn't even there

I ordered a bottle of liquor from grandbottles.com. It looked legit at first, the site seemed normal enough. I paid $90.10 for it.

Then I realized the store doesn't actually exist at the address they list, 2105 1st Ave in Seattle. I tried calling (425) 278-6574 and it goes to busy every single time. They sent me a bogus USPS tracking number too. You can't even legally ship liquor through USPS.

Now I'm seeing other people online reporting the same thing with this site.
