Rental scam took 1150 dollars for a party bus that never showed

I found this car rental place on Yelp looking for a party bus. Talked to a few different vendors and this one sent me photos and a quote. They said they were a broker working with a main company based in Florida but the guy I was dealing with was in Baltimore, MD.

Sent the money, 1150 dollars, and that was it. The bus never came. The website is Grandluxuryrentals.com and the email they used was [email protected]. Phone number was (267) 314-8764. I tried calling back but no answer. Didn't know what else to do so I'm reporting it here.
