Ordered clothes online and got stuck with poor quality

I ordered some clothes from this Toronto-based store online, grantmercer.com. Within 48 hours I emailed their customer service at [email protected] to cancel the order. They told me it wasn't possible to cancel and that I should just wait to get the items and check the quality myself.

Well, the quality was really bad. Seriously substandard. So I emailed them again asking for a return and a full refund. They gave me an address in Mississauga, ON to send the items back to. But then they said I actually had to send them to China, at my own cost. And they wouldn't give me any refund until they got the items back over there. I already lost $400 on this. The phone number they use is 1(800) 483-0839.
